I offer individual therapy for deeper emotional work and healing. During our free consultation, we'll discuss if therapy is right for you.

What Is It? Individual therapy provides a confidential, genuine space to explore the emotional and psychological patterns affecting your life. This isn't about fixing what's "wrong" with you—it's about reconnecting with who you are beneath the performance, expectations, and superficial barriers.

Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck, validate how genuinely hard this life can be, process difficult experiences, and rediscover your authentic voice and values. This is a place for epic conversations, deep truth-telling, and the kind of reflection that creates real, lasting change.

This is a healthcare service regulated by Licensing agencies.  I can diagnosis and treat mental health conditions and is covered by HIPAA and mental health regulations.  You can bill insurance if you choose.  There is a higher duty of care and liability in therapy.

What We'll Work On:

  • Validating your experience and the genuine difficulty of life

  • Developing courage to follow your gut, even when scary through cognitive restructuring

Invest in Your Wellbeing

Session Fees:

  • Individual Therapy: $160/50-minute session

  • Initial Consultation: Complimentary 15 minute call

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and ACH transfers through my secure client portal.

Insurance: Currently, I operate as an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement from their insurance companies.

How Out-of-Network Benefits Work:

  1. You pay for sessions at the time of service

  2. I provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill)

  3. You submit the superbill to your insurance company

  4. Your insurance may reimburse you for a portion of the fee (typically 50-80%)

I'm happy to provide the documentation you need to seek reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company to ask about your "out-of-network mental health benefits" before we begin.

Why Out-of-Network? Operating outside of insurance panels allows me to:

  • Provide longer, more personalized sessions

  • Avoid insurance limitations on number of sessions or treatment approaches

  • Protect your complete privacy (no diagnosis required in insurance records)

  • Offer flexible session frequency based on your needs, not insurance requirements

Cancellation Policy: I require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
